OPINION {1} Alliance Health of Santa Teresa, Inc. and its affiliates (Alliance) appeals the district court's dismissal of its claim for monetary damages against Defendants National Presto Industries, Inc. (National Presto) and The Araz Group (Araz) (collectively, Defendants). In the course of litigation, dismissals of various claims against Defendants occurred at different times. Despite an early dismissal of claims against Araz, Araz continued to act as a party in the case, and we hold that its active role in the proceedings preserved Alliance's ability to timely appeal.
