In this action by parents for the wrongful death of their son while working on a construction job, the sole question before us is whether the trial courts determination that the decedent was an independent contractor rather than an employee of the defendant is properly supported by the law and the evidence. We have concluded that it is and that the judgment in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendant in the sum of $17,388.40 should be affirmed.
